State the quantity and 'item order #' (from list above) of the bulbs that you want to buy and your preferred method of shipment.

Shipping is extra and will be at cost as per your preference.
Please include your complete mailing/shipping address and telephone number.

Our prices are in Canadian dollars.
In Canada there will be an additional 6% GST added and if in Ontario, an additional 8% Provincial tax.

We can accept payment in US or Canadian dollars.

We will return an invoice with the total to you via email. Then please make payment.
Payment can be by Cheques or Credit Card via Pay Pal.
